The website located at www.AlertEmergencyUSA.com (“Site”), the Alert Emergency USA mobile application (“App”), and all other related services (together with the Site and App, the “Services”) are offered by Alert Emergency USA, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Alert Emergency USA,” “we,” or “us”). This notice describes the privacy practices of Alert Emergency USA. We take your privacy very seriously. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon what you do when using our Services. We strive to make all choices you make while using the Services as transparent as possible. We also hold the security of your personal information as our top priority.

This policy will cover how we may use your personally identifiable information, medical information, and unidentifiable information that you provide to us through use of our services or websites. This includes information you provide when you register to use our Services, information given to share with emergency response personnel, and information given you report a problem with our Services. The information you give us may include Personal Information.

Information Automatically Collected by Alert Emergency USA
Like other websites or apps, we also may automatically collect and store information that is generated as you navigate through our Services. We may collect Non-Personal Information about your visit from the browser on your computer or mobile device including but not limited to the time and date you access the Services, your geographic location, IP address, cookies and the pages you request. We use this information to administer the Services, improve our understanding of customer needs, analyze trends, track navigation of the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  To automatically collect information, we use various technologies including:

Analytics. We use various analytics services to better understand how visitors interact with our Services. These analytics services provide non-personally identifiable data including but not limited to data on where visitors came from, what actions they took on our site and where visitors went when they left our site.

Disclosure Regarding Do-Not-Track Signals
Some web browsers may transmit "do-not-track" signals to websites with which the browser communicates. Our websites do not currently respond to these “do-not-track” signals.

Our Policy Toward Children
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We will not knowingly maintain personally identifiable information from or about anyone under 13 without the express content of a parent or guardian. If we become aware that we have collected personally identifiable information from a user that is under the age of 13 without parent or guardian consent, then we will remove that child’s Personal Information from our files. CALOPPA DISCLOSURE.

Our computer systems for the Services are currently governed by and operated in the United States, so your personal data will be processed by us in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union. Alert Emergency USA makes no representation that the Services is governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of any other nation. If you are a visitor from outside the United States, by using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and you consent to the transfer of all such information to the United States, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection of that required in the European Union or other countries, and to the processing of that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Alert Emergency USA reserves the right to store this information in and outside of the United States and in locations not under our direct control (for example, co­located server facilities).

Changes and Updates
From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy. To ensure that you are familiar with our most updated policies and practices, you should check the effective date indicated at the end of this Privacy Policy each time you use the Services.
